That's the same plant that santoury is talking about. The "growth in 5 weeks" thread shows my lily from the side and the pictures I posted in this thread are from the top. The lily will completely cover the top of your aquarium if you let it. I let a bunch of pads cover the top of mine then I thinned it out to just 5 or 6. Now I cut off any other pads that are growing to the surface and I just let the several that are on top expand. It's called a dwarf red lily by the way. They grow fairly slowly under lower light conditions but under medium to high light they grow very quickly, especially once a few pads are on top taking in straight light.
