Every time I have had problems getting predatory fish to eat worms have got me out of it. Clean them in water light off drop them in next to him. If you nip a small peace of the tail makes it wriggles and release attractant into water (that’s a fishing trick) worked for me time and time again.

try frozen brine shrimp cubes, or cubed Krill, bloodworms. My last Lima refused to eat everything until I tossed in frozen brine shrimp.

i agree with favre 121 you should feed him with the lights off i have to feed my shovelnose that way ,ive been told that they are nocternal
try bloodworms if you havnt already.
