Lima in a 125?

so no go on the texas? what if i got the catfish and let him growout then put him in with the texas and the others? also the lima is 8" and the cichlids are all about 3.5 inches. sorry to nag its just the texan and the lima are just my favorites!!!;)

Then they be food. u can't have the Texas cichlid in there. u can have in there with the Lima is some geophagus.

agreed big geos, severums, silver dollars, uarus, psittacus, chocolates, would be the setup for a real peacful tank. i think the coolest tank ever would be an 8x3 with 12 big alfitrons, a huge pair of psittcus and 6 big limas

well they are definately predators, they will take down any small fish with lightning quick strike, but predatory and aggressive are definately not the same.
also you could go with a little more aggressive tank, maybe some of the vieja complex, maybe a gt and some silver dollars and your lima

ok then well i am not going to be completely changeing my stock for one catfish, maybe the next tank...
