Go to the seafood dept of your grocery and tell them you need tiny shrimp to make popcorn shrimp(aka popcorn bites). Sometimes they'll actually have mini shrimp, other times they might have pre-packaged mini shrimp, but my luck with that wasn't good, as the mini shrimp were actually medium shrimp cut in half.
