LINE BREED FOR LARGER TEETH

I think it is very doable to try and breed for the teeth characteristic, but i am not sure if a dovii (or whatever else) would breed with a flower horn. It may not even be possible to combine the two DNA sequence and end up with hybrid ( they would breed and you would get nothing). And even if all that is possible the hybrid offspring may be sterile (think of a liger). I don't know whether it can be done or not but those are just somethings to think about. You could try breeding them with a divider in the tank so they don't kill each other (this is a technique used for some very very aggressive fish, which without it they kill the partner before/after mating). JUst make sure you use a very large ( if a dovii 200 + gal) tank with a very robust divder beacuse these fish are very very strong.
