I just got these free from an estate of the deceased. I want to put in the ground but both (one inside the other) have cracks. Is JB weld a good choice? What do you guys use? Thanks for any pointers.

Largest around 4 inches. I have some kool seal left over from my roof, good for ten years.Two cracks on the inner, two on the outer.

Anybody? I'm thinking JB weld? I'd just hate to put it in the ground and it leaks.

OK, so i used flex seal tape on the cracks, it looks like it will work. Stuff aint cheap a 5 ft roll, 4 inches wide was 13.99

As seen on TV To prove how great it works, I've sawed this boat in half!!!! Whoo hoo!!!

Let me know how that works. I used silicone on mine. It held till I dug it up then the silicone started to come off. Stupid rats dug under it and caused rocks to push on the side bending it till it cracked. The one I have that cracked has the island.

Almost done digging, hope to be done today, storm coming tomorrow. I'm trying to make a nice fit so it's all supported.

Done, more or less. I left it somewhat above ground level to settle. No water yet, see what the coming storm does, they charge good $ for that city water! Side note, i have a kiddy pool to water my garden, i some gambusia AKA "mosquito fish" that i caught locally to control mosquitoes, i add city water and dont bother with a dechlorinator, minnows are thriving.
