tangs and triggers?!? are you serious? please make sure you read what size the tank is and make your tank mate suggestions accordingly, with that small of a tank, i would just do the lion and then a smaller growing moray like you were thinking, and they dont get big you could probably get away with some kind of damsel but i would make sure they are the same size when you add them or that the damsel is a bit bigger, usually damsels have enough of an attitude to be able to stand up for themselves

Wht about any inverts? Like a big hermit crab

hermits will work. can you find a smaller moray species? the fimbriatus get big, and grow pretty fast. my 20"er was mean as hell, and would shred fish it couldnt swallow.

Thats it. Also do you know anything about grey moray eels? Are they in th aquarium trade?

i have seen gray morays where i am, which is in the indopacific, so i'm not sure if you guys get them in the states. one of the smaller and more docile gymnothorax, they are quite beautiful to boot. will outgrow a 30gal though.
about the green wolf eel [the most commonly used name]... i rather like them. they also will outgrow a 30gal but if you have plans for its future, i wouldnt hesitate. they are responsive, hardy, relatively slow growing, and incredibly easy to feed. basically a grouper shaped like an eel.

Im going to stock my 30gallon with a fuzzy dwarf lionfish, 2 hermit crabs, and a damsel mayb

The barred gets about 10"

barred moray as in Echidna polyzona?
they get over 2' long

the only 10" eel i know of is the golden dwarf

either way the dwarf would likely become spaghetti for the lion and any other eel is really to big for a 30 by itself
