Could be just resettling. That could take long for sure. I thought fish wouldn't take longer than a month but when I had my curupira it took about half a year maybe a little longer.

No problem check Barton's website and look for a Lisa Cruz. I emailed her and she was able to find a Sherman Williams in my area that carries the stuff
