how big do they get though? I know red-tailed cats get HUGE. Scott wants one REALLY BAD. But I hear they get up to 14 feet and they have eaten small children in the amazon. I need to get a BIG tank before I take on one of thoes beacause I want to keep it for a while. Beacause scott knows people at our zoo, they ususlly take whatever we have thats too big.

Red Tail Cats dont grow up to that big. At the most they grow up to 5 - 6 ft. The man-eating catfish that you are thinking of is the Piraiba catfish. That catfish can grow to huge sizes, just find some pictures.

tsnxrtc is common here now. even more common than pure tsn or rtc. i still think a regular rtc and tsn is prettier. i already have a rtc and planning to get a tsn soon...
