Somethinsphishy, the L200 you posted is a h. subviridis, not b. demantoides. The L010 you posted is also not an L010, it lacks the feathering at the mouth of l. lata. Your g. joselimaianus looks more to be of the L313 variety. Very nice collection of plecs though!

Yeah it's kind of hard when your getting all the names and numbers off of planet catfish. Their catalog is not very accurate. Also repeats itself alot.

its just the information they tell you to try and ID them positively aren't well explained or trustworthy, or too general/broad. you can tell which L200 it is by looking to see if the adipose fin is joined to the dorsal.

Rineloricaria is what you're looking for--L-10a is, in fact a member of said genus, so you're not too off base here. Depending on who you call, 10a is either a color variation of r. lanceolata, its own species, or even in the outdated "leliella".

Furthermore, your former fish is indeed L-001, at least in my opinion, as nearly every commonplace fish store stocks large stocks of captive bred specimens, as opposed to the far more recently established L-313, which, to my knowledge, has not seen much mass production, so to speak.

Just a few from a dying collection (college spendings, and all);

In no particular order; L-66, L-316, L-270, p. microps, and their respective fry...also, one lone male L-333.

COL, I think davo found a new best friend in you! Great detailed pictures of the breeding tank, and fry.

I have this gold nugget, along with a big common, a gibbiceps, 2 white spots, a clown, and a rubbernose.

A couple more pics of my GNP I just took. It's much more active and less shy since I switched to black gravel and rearranged the tank. The White Spot I have with it has grown faster and has become dominant, taking his cave. Should I move the White spot?
