Yes find a shop in your area that rebuilds electric motors they should be able to do it for you

Try Lowes or Home Depot in the hardware section. I've seen an assortment of brushes drawer at one of them. Maybe you can match something up.

Got it going again. It's a 15 year old.
the bearing had some gunk accumulated in it.
The tabs on the back are a pita. The pump housing was easily removes with a small wedge.
I had to try a few times lining the back plate up before it would spin freely.
