Little Giant vs MagDrive

I am having a 180 gal tank with built in overflow box (2 1" bulkhead drain and 2 3/4" return pipe). Wet/Dry filter of CR3000 (400 gal capacity by CPR). Now my only dilema is the pump... Little Giant external pump or MagDrive submersible pump? which is better (long term reliability)?

I got a Mag drive 24 becuase I was told they last longer

mine has been flawless for a long time and the construction seems bullet proof. Go little giant!!
