If you've only had them a couple of days, manual removal might be all you need to do. Far less stressful than chemicals. I have not had to deal with them and am not aware of exactly which drug will kill them. Any copper sulfate based med seems likely, but I don't know for sure.
 
from what ive been able to dig up copper sulfate meds will kill juvies but u need a large dose to kill the adults, large enough to hurt ur fish. im gonna try picking them off for now
 
so i got about 20 off but decided if hes under half as much stress as i am doing this its better to wait till the morning to finish. also there crawling on his eye and i dont really feel comfortable pulling those off, especially while hes flailing around. any special ways to do this?
 
Clout, Trichloracide, Dimlim or Fluke Tabs will work.
 
ya i think the lice have brough ton a secondary infection so im for sure quarantining him. it could be stress but i just want to be on the safe side
