dropsy occurs when you overfeed your bichirs. Yours look like a severe case of dropsy. Add salt to the water and keep the water conditions good. No feeding till it recovers.

I dont feel like I was over feeding, I think they just kept stealing from the others in the tank...they even went to the top of the tank and stole pellets from the gars...Still crossing my fingers for the other one...I dont like loosin fish
