Perfectly normal in all Oscars, all 6 of mine have it. On one of the Oscar boards they made up their own name for it-"dipple" or something like that lol
It's sort of like a callous, from moving sand or gravel, bossing their wood & pots around, etc. I'm glad you posted a picture. It saves me from having to dig through my pictures to show you that mine have it, too
