I find from experiences Bettas are much better in larger tanks, and they also live longer. my one lived in a 17 gallon alone then moved into a 25 gallon community. He was so active it was amazing. He lived to the age of almost four years. I also recommend planting the tank. my current betta which I had for eight months is a tiny bit inactive in my 6 gallon planted comm. So the bigger tank the better.

then, ill pick the crowntail then.
how much did u buy ure crowntail? i saw some here sold about RM18 which is about 5$.
U can get crown tail at rm6.50..
Yup..dumbo would also a a great choices..price may vary from rm20-35..its about $7-12..but i suggest u buy the short tail as most of fancy one usually low resistant to disease, thus need a proper care n treatment.. as for common one as short tail, more resistant n so it would be perfect choice for beginners..
