wow...ours look totally different! what size is yours at now?

its ~9" when i measured it last week. it has this weird problem of floating back end after a full meal, so sometimes i have to skip a day of feeding here and there for it to completely digest the food, and then it'd return to normal. seems to happen more with floating sticks.

It is still doing that Ricky??? Thats odd...I'll get a hold of you later about this..

never heard of this. is it bloating or something of the like?

thanks richard...yeah its still doing that, not as much as before and doesn't last as long, and seems to be more prevalent when feeding floating sticks. i've also been feeding it green peas here and there...heard its good for trapped gas and whatnot. and i think it helps.

i don't think its bloating...those pics were taken a day or two after feeding. do you think it looks fine, jordan?

I honestly wonder if this might be a congenital disorder in the digestive tract for this particular fish.

it would suck if it is lol. good thing is it doesn't affect its appetite and its doing better than before, and it does go back to normal.
