I do 50% changes once a week, temp at 78F, feeding Hikari sinking pellets, live tubaflex. I dont know what else to try.

updates on my TNT F1 umbie project. Its been just over a year, and Ive narrowed my 7 umbies down to a pair (sold off 3 males!). He is 7" and she is 3.5". Not too much growth, about 6" in 14 months. Very aggressive, one of my more difficult fishes to photo. Glass bangers!

Pretty easy to sex at this size. Just as every one says, more freckles, more of a green color, trailers on the dorsal fins are longer. I also noticed the head shape, has a tiny hump, not perfectly smooth like the females. A few inches smaller, it was pretty hard to tell them apart though.
