Little Umbie Growouts

Hi guys,
I'm new here, but I've got an Umbie too. I've had him (I thinks he's a him) for about two years and he's now about 13".
I'll put up a couple of photos from when he was just a pup.
I should take some more some day.
Someone told me that if I put him in with a school of fish, something like Silver Dollars, he wouldn't kill them all.
Ever heard this?

I was going to say.. Somebodys breeding umbies!!? Dan (tiny28) is my fish guy and the only guy I know who (had) was breeding umbies. Hes about a hour from me and I get all of my fish from him. Best keep those guys alive because Dan's not getting any more anytime soon unless you want him to order you some expensive ass f0's. His male killed his female about 2 months ago. He had the male listed on aquabid for $500 because he wasn't able to find a f0 female but its not listed now. I'm going to call him tomorrow and see if he sold it.
Snickers-I really love your Umbee as far as having SD I think they are too much on the small size-it really depends on the size of your tank-being that your Umbee has been alone for so long I doubt it-but if you do decide to try I think Tin Foil Barbs would be a better choice.
