Little worried

I only keep one, because it's a 34 gallon tank.
I bought him from a guy who did not want him, so he would be dead know.
I don't think it is such a big deal, he is not skittish a all.

He is about 3.1 inch, so no near being adult.

I've just heard that you should give what a fish can eat in a minute or two.

I didn't mean to give off the impression that its wrong, just unusual at that size.

As F1 said I'd feed daily at that size for a few more months and then cut back
