i would suggest you dont feed your O live food, it really has no pros and manyyy cons.

I don't think this is neccessarily true. If you take the proper precautions, live foods can be of great benefit, especially where growth is concerned. I breed Convicts for feeders. I also have a UV Sterilizer. I haven't seen such explosive growth rates as when I feed live foods.

My juvie jag (bigger now) would almost double in size after feeding her live fish. This doesn't happen even with the quality pellets. I would feed my tank live feeders once or twice a week for a month and then no live feeders for a month. The growth during the live feedings was noticeably faster with the live feeders.

And since beginning to breed my own feeders and adding a UV Sterilizer, there really are no cons, only pros. I also feel like it helps to curb aggression in my aggro community tank.
