The only thing with Ghost shirmp is they will hunt them all down at night so you dont get to see much. I use to feed mine adult blood worm but they are hard to find now that Longs Drugs turned to CVS an stoped carring bait

My Ghost Knife goes nuts for bloodworms she is active no matter what time of day and I have fed her a piece of chopped earth worm once, she ate it in broad daylight so I may actually get to see something.
My bgk eats earthworms, loves ghost shrimp (they disappear so quickly), bloodworms (frozen). I'm attempting some grubs I found in my yard now. We will see how that goes..
My BGK also LOVES his bloodworms. I feed Frozen Bloodworms. I fed Live Black Worms for a while but they were getting into my sump and getting in my gravel and not all getting rooted out and ended up just being to messy. Thats my experience with live. I still have yet to experiment with other live foods. Good Luck.
