I really hate receiving fish in boxes like that, the water is usually cold and if a bag leaks water gets everywhere.dmopar74;2957048; said:just use regular boxes and cut sheets of styrofoam to line the boxes with.

Sure maybe if you are shipping small fish. There are plenty of spiny fish that can poke a hole through multiple bags with ease. My irwini pair broke through 5 bags and were packaged by one of the most experienced shippers in the country.usernamesRdumb;2957369; said:I totally agree. If you do this with care it can be better than any other shipping box. The trick is to use quality duck tape and seal up the corners. If the bags are sealed correctly they will not leak.

How can 1/4" strofoam sealed with duck tape be more effective than a 1/2"-1" seam free styofoam cooler?
