If it was in a cool place out in the country, with epic surf a stones throw away I could. I own a 2 br 1 bath 800 sq ft house and I already can't have much more than a 40 breeder, or at the most a tank with a 3' footprint. Well I could possibly but the wife wouldn't be all too happy.

I'm in a 2,502sft house right now and I don't want to go smaller. We felt cramped in our last house which was 1,497sft

I sometimes feel that way as well, but then I walk outside my front door, look at the beautiful canyon I live in and the hills that surround me, and realize that the beach is just 1/2 a mile away, and I don't feel so loco anymore.

no ty not with out my pets and my fish tanks..im pretty sure all of my tanks combined are bigger than most of those houses.

I was going to say...
my house is about 850 square feet and no basement, and my 245 fits just fine. but I've got more space with less wife.
