No because they need two different temps. large mouth needing colder temps. they cant take 80 degree temps like peacock bass can.

havent you heard of Florida bass, and Florida pbass? they live in the same waters

i say you can keep them together

you could keep them together but i would not! POLY.S. i though warm water makes lmb slow and feed less... im from ny and it gets slow here in the dead of the summer.

SOGGY ...im not sure about this so dont hold me too it but i think pbass in florida live more in back water canals were you will catch other species of fish but not so much lmb. dont get me wrong they do catch pbass in the ponds too.

i also think your lmb would get bullied also..
PLUS cichla should be kept in water about 86 degrees.. you will cook your largemouth. if you want a bass just go with cichla.. i used to have largemouth... nothen special.

also i had a friend that had a smallie... boring fish... needs alllot of current and cold water.

goshi.. that looks like a man made lake/ pond.. it was prob stocked but you would have to ask him

i have seen LMB and Pbass together with no problems. just get them to a tempatuire taht tehy both like. and largemouth bass are more active and they digest alot faster in warmer tempatures wich is why you will catch them in the summer. all of you people that are saying no i want to know if any of you are talking from experience? i keep both larrge mouth and rock bass in with cichlids in the high 70s and no problem other then there HUGE appetite. and i also plan on adding pbass in the future
