guys my uncle doesn't want bass in his pond anymore (cuz he bought sum baby koi and he doesn't want 'em to get eaten) so now i gotta get an alternative fish that will happily live in my 125 any suggestions? i was thinking warmouth...

warmouth are awesome, you should do a sunfish tank. get a warmouth and whatever other sunfish species in your area. id say you can comfortably house about 4 sunfish in a 125 for life. just make sure you have a good filter and do regular water changes

he does have a 125g to grow them out in and then they will go in a HUGE pond, so dont worry bout it

Youd be surprised how little i worry about the crap that goes on in here

Try green sunfish out as they look similar to warmouth and can live with these warmouth. Or you can try out pumpkinseed, redbreast and longear as they give your tank look bright. If you dont like bright sunfish, try bluegills, redears and hybrid sunfish.

guys guys i have decided to get some warmouth, but before i purchase them i need some care tips such as feeding, water temp, ph, hardness, and all that other stuff. Will they feed on rosey reds cuz i have like 8 of 'em in a 10 gallon tank right now.

foods: pellets, unfrozen shrimp, worms, feeders, shrimp pellets, etc
temp: wide temp i would say around 70 would be fine little colder little warmmer still fine

NO feeders unless healthy, quarantined fish. Feed other foods if possible. Feeders should only be fed as a treat.
