loach bloated

i found my clown loach (3inches) at the bottom of my tank eyes bulging out his body bloated and swiming upside down. I put him in my hospital tank ASAP i need help can i save him PLEASE HELP!

arowana 2 pictus catfish 5otherloaches ( including one yoyo loach and two culo loaches) jack depsey smal jack dempsey and 4 small african cihlids and a two 1 inch plecos. bgk. (they are all getting along fine)\
had them for 3months
fish were not quarintented (i bought and they apperead to be healthy and in maintained aquriams)
fake plants i bought from walmart bog wood ,fake wood hollow branchy thing.
rena filstar forget how many gph bought good filters to put in filtration online.
two heaters
two lights ( im not sure how many volts or whatever but they light up the whole tank)
sunlight for a couple hours.
50%water change every weekend.
not treated and it is well water.
sand on the bottom of the tank
i feed them dried shrimp (arowana) african cichlid pellets algae wafers...
gills are stuck out
have not treated just found out. ill get a pic up if i can.

You didn't mention your water parameters. What are they?

Keep the loach in a hospital tank and stick to clean water. If you can get metromed, I'd encourage the fish to eat it. Feed only metromed. If you cannot get it, mix foods with metronidazole and then garlic.

oh sorry about the water parameters because i had to go to bed since i have school today i can check them after school but i would imagine there perfect as always because the other fish are fine.

Test the water and post the results. Every fish has different level of tolerance towards water quality.
