Loaches are HUNGRY!!!

What is Sera Viformo? I still cant get my crew to eat veggies! They like the veggie wafers, though.
Edit: No shrimp in their diet? Is it not good for them?

Anyone feed them live snails or fry?

Sera Viformo is a tablet food. Loaches love it. I feed krill and shrimp on occasion as well. I also collect snails from the store I work at and feed them to the loaches. Snails are great loach food.

Do canned snails have any chemicals/additives that can harmfish or water?

I have Clowns and Yo-Yo's that get NLS pellets, Tetra crisps, frozen mysis, bllodworms, chopped squid, and krill. Some sort of Harikari sinking pellets and will nip at Spirulina waffers.

The Clowns have taken a liking to Jungle Vals, Crypt. Wendtii, and a dwarf sag. almost Val looking plant. At least there getting some veggies.....
I would prefer them eating pellets, but they are happy and fat so I keep buying them plants.

Yeah they like to chew on my Java Ferns, but refuse veggies. I dont get it, but as long as they keep eating their algae wafers I dont mind. Mine really like the Frozen Spirulina Brine Shrimp. I guess they are just little gut-loaded brine shrimp, but they give my guys extra greenage...

The ones I purchased at Grocery store where packed in water, so far no adverse effects.
I rinse them off before using.

If you want to pay more they have canned snails at Petsmart in the reptile section

I feed them omega one cichlid pellets and sinking shrimp pellets, HBH krill pellets, flakes, krill, bloodworms, zucchini and spinach. They eat pretty much anything.

Loaches don't crush shells. MTS shells are too hard even for most puffers to crush.

food sticks
ramshorn snails
market shrimp
blood worms
beefheart
brine shrimp

prettymuch anything and everything.. i think the only thing ive given them so far that they didnt eat was grapes...

I feed mine beefheart mix. FBW. Tetrabits and some flakes. they grow faster with meaty diet IMO
