Canon EOS Rebel T1i, I really wanted something better but was short on funds and was tired of waiting to buy a DSLR.

I'm jealous of your picture taking ability... tank and stock are beautiful.. props!
Thanx alot! I appreciate that especially since as I've said I think my camera skillz suck. Someone else complimenting then must mean there's potential in my photo's

Thanx for the giving me "prop's" on my stock too. I take pride in them looking good cause it means that I'm taking good care of them.

beautiful fish, the green terror and the cats look great. is that a male GT or can a female get a forehead that big too?
Thanx man. As far as I know only males develop hump's though I'm no expert, still I'm pretty sure it's only males in most cichlids.

hey kolt that pseudoplatystoma sp. has some crazy pattern, how big is the fella currently
u got some niiice panning shots trying to catch those trachycorystes
Thanx Bro! I know I totally love his pattern he's at least 12 inches right now. He's a Tiger Shovelnose/Achara hybrid, has a mix of the Tiger and the Achara's patterns. He ranges from a deep brown like the Achara to that grey color in the pics like the Tiger. His color is dependent on his mood. He's and the Ornate are the most viewable of my cats rarely hiding. How ever the Ornate is a speed freak and the hardest of the cats to capture in a photo.
As for the panning shot's eh, they could definetly use improvement. Thanx though for the compliment.

None of the ones I had were at all aggressive either.
Damn sweet.
Diggin' the shortnose.
Thanx bro! Yeah they only fight amongst themselves pushing each other and grunting to get the best hide. True wood cats to the core unable to feel comfortable unless they're wedged in something nice and tight. As for the Shorty, he's one of my presonal fav's. I just wish I could get some bulk on him like the Florida. He's longer and wider than the Florida but not deeper. Seeing him from above he's so much more massive than the Florida, but profile wise he's so skinny. When he eats alot he becomes lumpy, unlike the Florida who just gets swollen through out. Well at least that lumpiness made him one of the fish I own to have a name "Lumpy" lol!
