and your white one is a north american.
if you get a shot of the top, and one of the underside of the tail i can tell ya what you got there

immediately after pouring it into the tank, the crawfish jumped on the feeder and caught it

The aggressiveness of the mantis shrimp is way above that of a crayfish.
