What kind of reasoning would you think appropriate for this type of attack?

No one knows what was on their minds,I'm sure they had a reason for doing it,they or one of them could have had some kind of problem with the owner the if's and could haves can go on and on.It was a cowardly act and in these tough times the owners livelyhood has been compromised.
