local pet store exotics...crazy

This place sounds awesome. I want one of their toucans how much were they?

Sure they sell them surprised thats all they sell you can get exotics easily in Florida.
Chain pet stores dont carry them and not all do but the ones that carry them sell them as your allowed to have exotics here.

Granted some you need a license for but don't think a single animal she listed even monkeys you need a license for here if so pet store does it for you. Its mostly marmoset-squirrel not chimps-baboons lol.

I think you need an acre of land for a zebra but the rest she listed no regulations .

I was under the impression a permit was needed for lemurs, but regardless of that, a couple of stores in South Florida have them.

Monkeys are horrible pets.
Getting one usually ends up as...
1.) monkey is cute and showered with love
2.) monkey becomes a hassle, and less care / time (aka under 20+ hours a day) is given to it.
3.) monkey goes crazy and seriously mauls owner
4.) Monkey gets put down.

Yeah thats for sure they are a full time pet and need to be trained and even the owner of a we'll trained monkey gets bite from time to time not a pet to rush out and buy

yeah the lemurs need a permit. so do the skunks. This store has had many crazy things and it isnt the only one that sells weird things. a while back there was a man that was selling his pet puma. ive also seen orangutans advertised.

The pet store will get the permit for you . Atleast that is what I was told by one in NY which sold cb marmosets

Tucans are easy to get.The ones I have seen run about $1,200.00
