I saw this on the morning news (not Fox, although I watch it on occasion), and thought Sturgeon. Then when looking to reference the trees in the right of the pic for something to scale the size to, it has to be 50' or larger if figuring a tree's canopy to be 25'. Not a Sturgeon, if it is in-fact a fish or wild life. It looks a lot like a wake a well, but then where's the boat. I personally think it's a hoax or ploy of some sort.
