Where did you get the clips? I guess this can apply with glass as well right? Besides, glass is so much cheaper then acrylic when I checked last night at Home Depot.

I would rather use acrylic because its stronger. Would hate for my fish to hit the top and break glass!

I don't think the superglue and those clips are strong enough. Don't those clips bend?

Clips dont bend...in fact they were to big with an extra added edge and had to be cut with bolt cutters!

CA glues (like superglue) are VERY strong but brittle. They have enormous tensile strength (remember the guy hanging from his hardhat in the commercial) when applied correctly.
