You getting new plants? You should post a pic of the aquaponic filter!
No, but I use hay to clear the water, and later trim the plants to keep the water clear

Well over the years this is going to be the second incident where an arowana has jumped Outta the pond, have reduced 3' of water for now and will be getting a fence around the pond at 3' height and the water level in future will be 1' lower than the periphery of the pond, that would be 4' boundary for the arowana to jump out of.

Previous specimen was a 16-17" high back gold arowana, didn't take any pics back then.

This time it's a 26" silver arowana.IMG_20200803_104347.jpg

Was a perfect specimen and the biggest of the 6.

A big loss to the group

After two losses of fish, due to jumping out, I kept the water low right until today morning, now the water is filled to it's original level.
