Yay!!! Sounds like he made a smart move.
I don't even feel safe walking around some parts of Newport News sometimes. The art warehouse is seriously in the skethiest place I've ever seen (no pun intended)!!! It's across from the train station in an alley in another back alley...... I'm happy that I'm a 2nd Dan black belt in places like that.

He's just a punk, when he hit my brother(which he wouldn't have done if he wasn't with a group of friends) he ran as fas tas he could the other direction.. Seriously.. did he think if he ran away we wouldn't find him?

That's one of the many reasons why i live in the country. sick of screaming cars driving past at night, and dirt bags stealing and vandalizing. only really bad thing is nowadays was a body found in a creak nearby (i know, that's bad, but the body was only dumped here, not murdered here).... the body had no head i don't think.

worst we get here is a few kids riding there bikes at like 12 o'clock at night doing god knows what - but we're yet to hear what they've done, so meh.
