what about for a weeksii? This is very informative!

Offtopic: Speaking of fish that cost a lot..... Meanwhile my designer clownfish are fighting. Hoping that they don't kill each other. One Bit the other by the tail and was thrashing it arouond. Allready had to rehome one of the original pair for fighting. now the other half of the pair is trying to attack the new one. They were my gateway of spending more than $20 per fish. haha. Even with them, I'm like:" Hope they both make it and I can keep them alive."

Guess there's no guarantee. That would be my biggest hangup on spending big money for a fish. Fear of not being able to keep it alive.

Upper jaw bichir prices have been pretty consistent in the last 10+ years. I believe WC Teugelsi prices have rose a bit since a few years back. Definitely lower jaw bichirs price have dropped since a few years back. Back then if you had different species/variants of lower jaw bichirs, you were one hell of a baller. :D

That's cool that prices have been pretty consistent or dropped. Makes sense for WC rising.
Sooo since you had the different species variation since back then....baller since day 1 :p

Haha not even close! Back then I only had Senegal,endli,ornate and some other upper jaws. wild caught lower jaws were too expensive! There were people with 90% complete collection (upper and lower jaw) when I first started.
