tomah WI ( just moved from augusta WI ) and im getting a albino oscar when my grampa gets back then a 55 for all my fish within 2 months or after my first paycheck... yah i hate the multigravel gonna get the black gravel. and thanks for all ur offers i apperate it..

dude dont get an oscar, you dont have the right size tank and even when you get a 55 gallon, it will still be to small, stick to fish that you can keep in your tanks and fish that wont make your tanks overstocked

Finally someone who is prepared to help out with the tank rather than criticise, Its all too easy to put down other people's efforts at aquascaping. I remember having the multicoloured gravel complete with fake bridge and no fishing sign lol. Im sure we have all been there one time or another.

I wish i lived the other side of the pond so i could help out. Just remember to enjoy your tank, Consider the conditions your fish are going to be living in (swimming space and hiding places) and don't always follow the crowd if you like it then thats all that matters.

I strongly agree. You will have a lot of trouble and will need a lot of water changes a week. Or your loved Oscar will get Hole in the HEAD and want to jump out of your tank. Not a good Idea for that size tank. 75gl is still an IF.......
Tank is looking better bro. Try to get one of those magnets they sell at Lfs (Local Fish Stores) to clean the glass. They are about 3 or 4 bucks and can do wonders. IT WILL DEFF PICK UP YOUR TANK A LOT!!!!

my uncle is helping me with my tank everyday.. we clean teh filter pads everyday to other day.. and in 10 days im getting sand for my fishtank when grampa gets back home from vaction.. and i really want an oscar but in a way i want the 3 haps that are at walmart for 7 bucks. and im thinking of adding my other smaller bogweed but then all ill have in there are 3 rocks and the 2 bogwood and teh claypot cave thingy.

If you don't mind me asking, "how old are you"?
It sounds like you have a Passion for fish (much like most of us here
on MFK). I would try to invest a little ore $ on maybe a canister filter that is rated more than the fish tank size. Then you might be able to stock a few more fish. Just know once you add more fish to your tank, you will have to do more water changes since there will be more poop and other bad stuff for your water. May not be the best advise, but if you are going to add more fish, I think this is what you need to start to do. JMO
