Yes not all the results of hybrdizing are desired that also probably had to do with smacking into something

No Smacking into anything... this is a typical deformity in captive bred TSN's which is starting to show in the Hybrids as well... Look up Necros TSN's and you'll see his with a similar head.

There is no wild breeding of these guys as I mentioned they are all born sterile...the "nature always finds away" was a joke... or was it??

I saw exactly one like that at a LFS in Malaysia. I seriously thought it was a wallago because the wallago in the tank looked like that. But when i saw it has a body of a hybrid i was surprised.

They are stocking areas with them... there is no reports of breeding with them as to the best of our knowledge they are all sterile... but "Nature has a way of surviving" (not my best Jeff Goldbloom imitation but you get the point )

IMO it looks like a cross of these two fish the RTC and the other one i am not sure
