Yeah, it is. There are others where this came from that aren't deformed. Just thought it was weird lookin.

If they really are breeding, it seems like that could cause a problem in the long run. This one came from a river.

I don't.. it's from a stocked lake/pond... look behind the guy... these lakes/ponds are avail for private fishing

Yeah, their site is kind of messed up. I think the pic was in a section where it said they were fishing a river. Now that I look at it, it's obvious it's man made.

Reguardless... messed up fish. messed up people, whoever let it go.
