Look at this tiny snake I found

Its a Indotyphlops braminus or "Plant-Pod-Snake" as it is called in german. You can find them all around the subtropical world due to their nature of travelling with potted plants and the females ability to clone themselves in the absence of males. They are harmless, effectively blind and usually not found at the surface. I was lucky to find it uncovered and directed it back into cover.

I first thought it was a rainworm aswell until I was closer, but they dryness and movement told me it was definetely something else. Taking a closer look I saw the head and split tongue reaching out. It was in the night and I just have a phone, so the pictures are fairly limited. I would like to opload more but the forum lately doesn't let me upload nearly every pivture I try, regardless of the resolution :(
