i dont think so dovii have a longer mouth rtm have a shorter and more copact mouth im pretty sure its an rtm i used to breed them.. but the could be freddy the look almost exactly alike at that size

at a bigger size you can tell by the mouth but at this size its very hard to tell, only reason i said dovii is because thats exactly wat mine looked like at that size, plus in the first pic you can see a bluish tinge on the fins
