That looks Boss! Well done on the stand, I just finished staining and varnishing the stand for my 180 so I appreciate the effort that took! I'm looking forward to seeing the tank filled and stocked. Any idea what you are doing for the background?

very nice... i dont know how you let it go this long without setting it up.. i would have gone nuts

thanks and my uncle hooked me up with this special varnish that is the best for outdoor use so good against water and he told me that it cost like $400 a gallon for that stuff i was like :WHOA:. as for background i want to go with black but my mom is like its gonna look ugly. idk yet if i wanna go with the subtrate i have for it allready but i wanna mayb get a ray so i think mayb get white sand.

i will have the canopy done in a week or 2

Home DePot or Menards....

50lb. bags of pea gravel, cheap and natural looking. Rinse and go.

Just saw this thread. I would have come down there to show you how to set-up and run a wet dry. The fact you can hide the heaters in there is worth it. I have had smaller O's, maybe 7-8" run into heaters and explode them. Your PBass' are going be brusiers in a few years. Anyways, the stand looks really nice. Well done, and the driftwood will look sweet w/some Javas or Anubias growing on it.
