Was it stuffed in one of those tiny tanks? How did they bag it? I really find this hard to believe..

I would imagine walmart would risk a lawsuit over a potential dangerous fish, especially if they are only making a small profit.

Oh yeah not to mention Wal-Mart's would only likely deal with the largest and cheapest distributors, which are based out of California or Florida. Stingrays are illegal in both states.. I wonder how that works?

That is not the first time that I have heard of that happening. A couple of years ago I heard of someone finding a ray at a Wal Mart. Too bad rays are not legal in Georgia!
