Look what I caught in the casting net!

These guys must be pretty far south, cause I live where the fox hits the Illinois and I have to say, I don't think I have ever seen these fish out in the open water. According to other reports, however, the whole river has been infested with them... Either way I am proud to be part of this state if they are actually workling on doing something about it.

I say you and bunch of ogher people lay a big across the canal at night. Lift up one side out of the water so they dont jump over it and get a boat in the canal to scare the fish towards the net. Then just lift the bunch of them out. Kinda like how they catch tuna.

Thats kinda what they are doing in the Illinois River right now, that has brought down the population quiet a bit but they are doing it during the day, and still get astronomical amounts of these fish out.
