Gator....the new white meat!

We go through pounds of gator meat each year. We prefer it on the grill with butter, garlic, and dill spice. But, we'll also eat it scampied with pasta and beer-battered/deep fried.
Dang! Now you're making me regret not getting a gator tag this year. Oh well, being in Alabama just means a quick trip to the grocery store for a couple of packages.

I have always wanted to try some gator and I will do it with Oddball's recipe.....and I will give a small bit a try and see if my fish like it.
