Corn snakes are very easy animals to keep. I dont think you should have a problem. I drove down to Alabama over the weekend all by myself but I saw plenty of snakes and turtles to keep me busy. Actually I saw more huge snapping turtles then I have in a LONG time. Sadly all were crushed to death.

Next time Im down and you get that salt tank set up we will have to seine the grass flats in the bay. We can catch all kinds of little shrimps, crabs, seahorses, pipefish, and of course fish for your tank! I have so much fun doing it cause you can catch so much cool stuff.

BTW, I know it was the bowl making your feet look silly...at least I was hoping!

I released him the day after, he's a common Wolf snake.

Nice looking corn snake. Looks kinda like the one we have at the nature center, just a lot smaller. Pocket is almost 6 feet long (she likes to curl up in people's pockets). Here are some pics of her;

as you can see, she's really active and curious

My brother was having a lot of fun with her

and of course she ends up in his shorts pocket....


She tried to go up his shorts later, but I pulled her out and put her around my neck. Apparently I pissed her off because she started constricting me.

Yes. I really want to do a shark pool. That's mainly what I'm going to go to saltwater for. But I will start with small stuff then work my way on up
