I know people are known to eat them. never had the pleasure myself

can't say if I'd turn down a taste or not. tbh, depends how i'm feeling at the moment given the opportunity

I've seen it around so it lives nearby I guess.I took a few photos and sent it on it's merry way.Funny you mentioned eating it as one of my neighbors told me he has an aunt who loves to stew them.I'd probably try the stew if it smelled good.

I’m a pretty adventurous eater but after reading the link I posted, unless I found some farm raised USDA Possum meat in a supermarket I think I’ll have to pass.

I haven't checked the link yet but this reminds me of the squirrel stew that the Duck Dynasty clan all find to be so delicious....If it looks and smells good,it usually doesn't take much more than that for me to try it.

I've had squirrel. not dirty city ones but wild ones from the mountains. it's pretty good.

We don't have them in UK krich only big ass rats and tree rats (squirrels)
