i went to my lfs today to stock up on food and bio bags, and i was looking at the fish and saw a sign that said " Blue Convicts..... Very Rare". well i just had to get one... but they were on DNS (do not sell) so i had them old one. i think its mixed with a blue jack dempesy. i just hope it can breed with my male black convict.

there on reserve but only one as the rest ehere al ready taken there 8$ each. and are about 1in long so thee not ready to go into my convict tank yet. so ill put them in the grow out tank for a while. yep thats why i love moby dicks pet store.

A.K.A blue convicts. Not mixed with a JD though. At one time beleived to be a seperate species then convicts. Now most beleive they are same species. If you do a search there are a couple threads on this.

They can, but the hybrids should not be sold back to fish stores.

HRP, nice find. I would try to find another HRP and breed it with that, I bet the LFS in your area would give you some money for those.
