no i will keep them our sell them here.

Why would you cross them with a convict? Get a male and female HRP. They aren't worth anything crossed with a convict.

just thought it would be cool i have another male but i cant tell as there only an 1in long

A.K.A blue convicts. Not mixed with a JD though. At one time beleived to be a seperate species then convicts. Now most beleive they are same species. If you do a search there are a couple threads on this.
Absolutely not. The whole reason they were called "Honduran Red Point" instead of "Blue Convict" was to avoid having people confuse or mix them with convicts. Calling a HRP a blue con only perpetuates the confusion.

as far as i know HRP are convicts too
Not really. That has become quite obvious considering they were not included in the recent convict group revision. Whether they will be classified as Cryptoheros or Amatitlania is to be determined. They will be revised on their own later on.

But still that doesn't mean that HRP are not descender of The Convict Family

http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/fish/redpoint.php

They all have Different stuff see this is why is confusing some say blue convict some say nothing to do with convicts.

Either way by looking at pictures they look so much like Convicts.

No one is denying that the HRP is a member of the "convict family". Of course they look very much like convicts. There would be little question of whether or not they were previously to be described as "Cryptoheros (Archocentrus) nigrofasciatus" if they didn't. Nanos, myrnae, altoflavus, spilurus, septems and cutteri all look very similar to convicts.
Rusty Wessel, who discovered them, decided against calling them "Blue Convicts" to avoid assumptions that they were to be classified as variations of the normal convict, leaving room for them to possibly be classified as their own species (which seems the likely case) while trying to avoid having people confuse them for regular convicts and hybridizing them.
Rusty Wessel himself does not consider HRP's synonymous with the common convict, or Amatitlania siquia, as the convict from that region has been reclassified as.

wow dident mean to start a info battle.

There not as rare as you might think, and there not hybrids there an actual type of convict. I had a pair, not supposed to be aggressive as real convicts but Ifound them to be the exact same. Had to exchange them, took over my cichild tank.
